We used the card holders as part of the centerpieces for the guest tables of my in-law’s 50th wedding anniversary party. I received comments all night long on how beautifully simple the card holder was and how great it looked on the table with the other decorations. I ended up giving several away at the end of the evening as party favors (along with the pictures of my in-laws). But the telling moment was when my sister-in-law who had been skeptical of my decorating idea saw the finished product, cried and thanked me for coming up with the idea.
